


Nilmarie (Nil) Gonzalez-ugarte (they/them) is a Graphic Designer based in the Central-Texas area. Nil loves to explores cultural significance and heritage through their work. Passionate for art and design from a young age, Nilmarie is currently a graduate of Texas State University’s Communication Design Program. They have worked with multiple museums in Austin, Texas, including the Emma S. Barrientos Mexican American Cultural Center and the Elisabet Ney Museum. Because of their extensive experience designing for museums and cultural centers, such as exhibits, programs, flyers, event signage, etc. community-based projects, brands, campaigns, and more—Nilmarie's ultimate goal is to serve communities and inspire through design.
